Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g. name tags, printed designs, custom patches) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and food/beverage products (under Der Lokal Eats) cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

  1. Email us at derlokalsg@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items free of charge. To request an exchange, contact us at derlokalsg@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.
