Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship islandwide within Singapore only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of SGD $15 applies to all orders, regardless of size, weight, or delivery location within Singapore.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and not included in product prices unless otherwise stated during checkout.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on design and production time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on courier service and delivery area.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.
5. Shipping Responsibility
Der Lokal is not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, or lost parcels once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Any delivery issues should be reported directly to the courier service using the tracking information provided.
We will, however, do our best to assist and liaise with the courier if needed.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
